Hourly SRE Engineering is a flexible support option for teams that need practical DevOps/SRE help without committing to a fixed project or monthly package.

You can use hourly engineering for infrastructure troubleshooting, CI/CD improvements, Kubernetes and GitOps tasks, monitoring and logging setup, backup checks, deployment issues, automation, configuration cleanup, and general production reliability work.

This option works best when the scope is small, unclear, or evolving. We can investigate the problem, suggest a practical solution, implement improvements, or help your team move faster on specific infrastructure tasks.

Typical work may include:

• fixing broken or fragile CI/CD pipelines;
• improving GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins workflows;
• troubleshooting Kubernetes, Docker, networking, DNS, ingress, or TLS issues;
• setting up or improving Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and alerting;
• reviewing backups and recovery procedures;
• automating repetitive infrastructure tasks;
• improving deployment safety and rollback procedures;
• reviewing infrastructure-as-code repositories;
• helping with production incidents during agreed working hours.

Hourly SRE Engineering is billed by the actual time spent. Larger tasks, migrations, 24/7 support, guaranteed SLA, and major architecture changes may require a separate estimate or service package.
